Vintner's Harvest, in cooperation with a large yeast supplier identified the 9 best strains of yeast available for a given fruit and/or grape wine... period. These are all completely unique strains to the home wine making community and packaged with the necessary micro-nutrients for clean, easy fermentations. The process of identifying these strains consumed two years and over 3,000 unique fermentations. Don't waste good fruit with bad yeast!

"I had gotten introduced to the Vintner's Harvest yeast strains via Stomp Them Grapes in some test packets they had.

I've used it in competitions now starting a year ago. I have won maybe 20 plus medals in International wine and mead competitions using it. I am a big advocate of it and speak occasionally and encourage its use. I got Brew Hut to carry it and since then its been growing quickly to outsell the other yeasts.
