Our approach is pretty simple and comes down to one small idea - we listen.

You may not know it, but you know your product and clients best of all, so we listen. Our experience with web ventures and methods of reaching out and engaging potential clients will help mold and guide (but not change) your ideas. Between the two of us we can make your ideas happen.

The first step with most projects will be to talk to you about your idea. We have some concept generation tools we'll have you utilize to solidify these concepts. Next we'll take our conversation and the results of these tools and develop a detailed proposal. This way you will have everything spelled out in terms of what we are going to do and what it is going to cost. Often we will give you options to pick and choose from. We know that often times a project evolves as ideas get discussed, at any point in this process if you have any questions we are happy to answer them. Once you accept our proposal, we will provide you with a schedule of deliverables for each of us to follow in order to meet deadlines. Lastly, the fun starts.

We also want you to know that we are all about establishing long term relationships with our clients. If you just need us once to knock something off. that's fine. We won't be hurt... But if you want to create a long-term partnership, we'll be overjoyed! We would like nothing more than to help you down the road to become a lasting success.
